Kirkwood was heart warming! We were well received and the seniors enjoyed our company. We made friends with many residents. I met Lucille who does crafts and she and I are going to get together and craft. Billy and Carol are facing alzheimers and Carol is a devoted wife to her husband Billy. Our visit was great. My grandaughter was so blessed. She loves serving. She and I have visited Eden Home on occassion and conducted craft time with the residents. We are blessed. — Wanda

What a great day at Colonial Manor. One little lady told me that family reunions were so much fun and she was surprised at how many people turned out . Bless her heart, it was a family reunion. What amazed me was that the majority had Alzheimer's but when we sang the old hymns they knew the words, God was planted in their hearts a long time ago. We had made lap blankets and gave them out. It was a blessing more to us than to them! — Susan
